Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching and support to the team to elevate customer service, sales, and conversion rates.
Strive to offer an exceptional store experience through consultative selling and comprehensive customer solutions.
Take charge of weekly sales and merchandising efforts.
Act as a Floor Leader, guiding the team to ensure a positive shopping experience across the store.
Champion company initiatives, remain adaptable to change, and be ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Maintain an engaging environment by being accessible and supportive to the team.
Execute daily merchandising and sales tasks that capitalize on store opportunities.
Assist the General Manager with operational tasks and team delegation.
Coach peers by modeling effective behaviors through role-playing and constructive feedback.
Be ready to perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience: Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
1+ years of experience in retail sales.
Enthusiastic about engaging with customers and understanding their requirements.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and adaptability to changing priorities.
Experience in coaching or supervising a team.
Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
Manage conflicts in a calm, non-confrontational, and collaborative manner.
Act with honesty and integrity regarding both customer and company information.
Capable of lifting/moving materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climbing ladders, and standing/walking for extended periods.
