Responsibilities
Delivering PPMs across M&E systems
Responding to reactive faults and completing repairs
Supporting basic mechanical plant checks and minor fixes
Handling electrical tasks within competence, lighting and small power
Completing first line repairs and escalating specialist issues
Using CAFM to log updates and close tasks
Liaising with clients and building managers
Maintaining high standards in front of end users
What We're Looking For
Multiskilled maintenance background in commercial buildings
For electrical duties, NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and AM2
18th Edition
Mechanical awareness and confidence on basic plant checks
2391 as a bonus
Good communication and reliable admin
