Overview
As a Business Analyst at easyJet holidays, you’ll be working closely with Product Owners and Delivery teams to shape how we deliver change. You’ll lead on gathering and managing business requirements across a range of projects, seeing them through from initial idea to delivery. You’ll stay close to the product throughout the lifecycle, flagging risks early, asking the right questions, and making sure impacts on processes are properly understood. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, help define measurable outcomes and contribute to how we improve our ways of working over time. What you’ll bring to the team
Strong expertise in web development and CMS integration, with a deep understanding of website structures and the ability to align technical architecture with business objectives. Hands-on experience in integrating content management systems and ensuring that technical solutions support strategic goals. Proven experience collaborating closely with Product Owners and web delivery teams, including designers, developers, and architects, and working with wider stakeholders and business owners to ensure seamless delivery. Strong analytical skills, including process mapping, competitor analysis, and data analysis to inform decision-making. Ability to write clear, actionable requirements using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and apply Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies to support agile delivery. Ability to understand complex business processes alongside system integrations and technical architecture to deliver solutions that meet functional and strategic needs. Collaborative, thoughtful, proactive, with strong communication and facilitation skills to work with delivery teams and senior stakeholders. Experience in the travel or holidays industry is a bonus, but the ability to ask the right questions, connect the dots, and keep things moving is valued more highly. What’s in it for you
In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package including our company-wide bonus scheme and a 7% pension contribution. We provide a variety of share options, life assurance, and a flexible benefits program you can tailor to your needs. You’ll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement. We strive to create unforgettable experiences for our customers and support our people with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere. Role details
