Closing Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you. Weekends and nights required.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and relay them to the bar staff
- Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Assist in stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus
