SCULPT Aesthetic Center, a cutting-edge practice specializing in male aesthetic and wellness transformation, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Scheduling Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to join a practice dedicated to the art of plastic surgery, medical aesthetics and advanced wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism. Engage in effective emailing, text messages and social media interactions.
• Patient Interaction: Schedule appointments, present surgical quotes, and provide comprehensive support throughout the patient journey. Proactive in scheduling next appointments/follow ups/post-ops to ensure quality of care.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize EMR, Excel/Google Spreadsheets, Gmail, and Google/Word Docs efficiently.
• Social Media Engagement: Willingly and actively participates in social media posting and engagement.
• Knowledge Development: Gain a thorough understanding of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments, with a basic knowledge of skincare. Familiarity with ZO Skin Health is advantageous.
• Sales and Customer Service: Comfortably sell treatments and skincare products, and exhibit excellence in customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Financial Transactions: Handle the collection and processing of payments diligently.
• Administrative Efficiency: Manage appointment setting, rescheduling, and confirmations with a detail-oriented approach.
• Cleanliness: Maintains white glove standard of organization and cleanliness throughout practice, with emphasis on individual workspace.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role in a Plastic Surgery, Medical Spa, or Medical facility.
• 2+ years of customer service/patient coordinating experience.
• Strongly desired experience with CareCredit and Cherry Payments.
• Experience with Shopify and Canva is a plus.
• Qualifications: High School GED. Residency within a 20-mile radius of the practice.
• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, initiative, and a growth mindset.
• Familiarity with PatientNOW EMR and ZO Skin Health is advantageous.
• Attitude: A 'Can Do' attitude, willingness to learn, team mindset, and individual working discipline.
