We're hiring a Hospice Liaison – a dynamic and compassionate professional who builds relationships with referral sources, promotes Silverado's hospice services, and supports families in accessing care. This role combines sales expertise with a mission-driven approach to connect patients with dignified, meaningful end-of-life care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources on behalf of Silverado Hospice
- Meet sales quotas and conversion ratio requirements
- Generate qualified, professional referrals that contribute to census development
- Promote and position Silverado's programs and services to medical professionals, civic organizations, and the community through regular visits
- Introduce and sell hospice services to industry professionals, families, and individuals in a manner that reflects Silverado's quality of care
- Manage sales territory and maintain a contact database
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in healthcare (Hospice, Home Health, or Senior Living) required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory and contact database
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Must comply with all state and federal driving regulations
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
