Armed Security Officer

Armed Security Guard needed and must already have an armed security license with a minimum of 1 year of experience in security work, preferably have their own 9mm firearm with level 3 holster, solid black duty belt, and solid black tactical boots. Currently, we have one contract in Kimball, TN where we need Saturday and Sunday coverage, 7a to 5:30p and 5a to 5:30p, respectively. Potential to pick up other through the week.

Armed officers are required to obtain all certifications listed. Training is available through Zirkops Training LLC if hired: De-Escalation Tactics, Safe Restraint Techniques, and First Aid/CPR/AED (required by the state). Other training with non-lethal weapons training may be required at the hiring manager's discretion.

There is a required drug test and potential background check.

Posts require roves, scanning QR codes, writing clear and detailed reports in a patrol app, working on a computer where necessary, assist client human resources manager with employee terminations, answering phones, and monitoring cameras.

Must show up for work clean, neat, and properly dressed in the authorized/issued uniform and always wear full complete uniform while on duty. Nothing more and nothing less. We prefer officers who care about their appearance, their attitude, and how others perceive them on the job. We are the first line of defense.

Appearance must be appropriate for the work environment. This includes hair, facial hair, tattoos, body art, jewelry, religious objects, etc.

The officer is expected to always conduct themselves in a professional manner with a professional attitude with the ability to de-escalate situations that come up. We are looking for those who will do the right thing even when no one is looking (integrity).

Personal cell phone use is limited and should not distract you from your duties. Reliable transportation, no uber or car sharing, and an active driver's license is required.

Starting pay of $16/hour paid bi-weekly.
