A young, fast paced start up is seeking a recruiting coordinator for their Manhattan headquarters. The successful candidate will join a growing talent acquisition team and play a key role in providing an unparalleled candidate experience including but not limited to: interview scheduling, phone screening, virtual interviewing and onsite meetings.
Job Function
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones and formats, often with short turnaround times.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders to communicate updates and logistics directly with candidates.
- Greet and host candidates during onsite interviews (both virtually and in person), ensuring they feel welcome, prepared, and supported throughout the process.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and support for interviews, proactively addressing issues as they arise to avoid disruptions.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, delivering a consistently positive experience from initial contact through final decision.
- Manage sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Support additional recruiting initiatives and administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative support role, ideally within recruiting or HR.
- Experience with ATS systems such as Ashby or Greenhouse, as well as Google Suite.
