As a Client Success & Retention Specialist, you will become a product expert for our Everywhere Small Business (ESB) platform. You'll work directly with clients, analyzing their marketing campaigns and demonstrating how each element of their strategy is driving results. A key aspect of your role is to respond to cancellation requests and present data-driven insights to help retain subscriptions, ultimately maximizing client ROI. You will also have the chance to upsell additional products and services to enhance client success.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $650/week plus bonuses

• Lead daily team meetings and strategy sessions
• Develop and implement follow-up strategies with existing clients
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics
• Continuously educate yourself on your market and client needs
• Maintain accurate CRM data, clean up your pipeline, and provide weekly reports
• Drive cancellation prevention efforts by using data to demonstrate ROI to clients
  Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the overall success of the company
