Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, including box trucks and manual transmission vehicles.
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring items are secured properly during transport.
• Navigate routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.
• Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations.
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed
• Previous experience in moving, courier services, or commercial driving is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling of packages.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
