Project Architect

Our client is looking for a Project Architect with 4+ years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Financial or Retail Industries with experience in Revit. We are also looking for someone with extensive experience in producing Construction Drawings, and a proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects from concept to completion.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
This is an onsite role 4 days and 1 day remote.
Responsibilities

• Assist in managing architectural projects throughout all phases, from conceptual design to construction administration
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Help Coordinate with internal team members, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Produce high-quality construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit and other relevant software
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and project progress
• Review and coordinate consultant drawings and specifications for consistency with architectural documents
• Stay current with industry trends, building technologies, and sustainable design practices

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 4+ years of professional experience in architectural design in retail, financial or medical industries
• Proficiency in Revit, with a strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows
• Extensive experience in producing comprehensive Construction Drawings
