Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient dispatching, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of warehouse management processes to optimize our supply chain and enhance productivity.

Duties

• Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in inventory management and dispatching.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and managing replenishment.
• Implement demand planning strategies to align inventory with customer needs and forecasted sales.
• Collaborate with production planning teams to ensure timely availability of products for shipping.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to promote a safe and productive work environment.
