Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Cornelius, NC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks, which include handling correspondence, managing phone communications, organizing schedules, and maintaining records. The role involves providing support to executives, ensuring smooth office operations, and performing clerical duties such as organizing files, managing calendars, and preparing reports. The role also requires strong communication skills for interaction with team members and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organizing files, managing schedules, and preparing documents
- Strong abilities in Phone Etiquette and Communication for handling inquiries and maintaining professional interactions
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including supporting leadership and managing confidential information
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administrative or office management experience is preferred
- Construction management degree preferred
