Your Mission

As Assistant Operations Manager, you'll serve as a key leader on the ground, supporting daily operations while helping build a fun, safe, winning team. You'll be the vital link between our frontline H.U.N.K.s and senior leadership — ensuring our customers are delighted, our team is supported, and our operation runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

As Manager on Duty, your responsibilities include:

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead daily start-of-shift team huddles
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Reinforce accountability, safety, and performance standards
• Assist with onboarding and training new hires
• Step in to support crews onsite when needed

Operations & Performance

• Oversee daily job execution and scheduling
• Maintain communication with crews throughout the day
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Review timesheets, calculate bonuses, and ensure payroll accuracy
• Manage end-of-day close-out and readiness for the next day

Customer Experience & Sales Support

• Make welcome and confirmation calls to clients
• Handle customer questions or concerns during jobs
• Follow up on open leads and promote our services
• Ensure every customer receives a true "WOW" experience

Facilities & Asset Management

• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and secure
• Ensure trucks, tools, and equipment are well-maintained and ready
• Protect company assets and uphold operational standards

Communication

• Provide clear, concise daily updates to upper management
• Share insights, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

(Other duties may be assigned as needed — flexibility is part of leadership.)

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs and perform physical work as needed
• Willing to complete a background check and drug screen
