Fine Dining Server

Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and highly motivated Servers to join our fine dining team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in an elegant and sophisticated environment. You must be attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about our menu offerings, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner; engage with guests throughout the dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including food and drink offerings, daily specials, and dietary restrictions to provide accurate recommendations.
• Order Taking: Accurately take and input guest orders into the system, ensuring all special requests, allergies, and preferences are noted.
• Table Setting: Set and prepare tables according to the restaurant's standards, ensuring a polished and inviting atmosphere.
• Serving: Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Ensure all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
• Wine & Beverage Service: Have an in-depth knowledge of wine pairings, cocktails, and other beverages to assist guests in selecting the best options for their meal.
• Check Handling: Accurately present bills, process payments, and handle cash or credit transactions in accordance with restaurant policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and communication. Assist other team members when necessary.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining room and service stations.
• Upselling: Suggest menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant
• Customer Service: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; a genuine passion for providing excellent service.

Pay: $4.50 - $5.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
