Zama is the #1 spa for Couples Services with the largest variety of couples spa treatments in Portland. We also offer the only Halotherapy Salt Caves in Oregon

Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Experience working in a spa environment or in a customer service environment
Comfortable with some housekeeping tasks
Well organized, good at multitasking, quick at problem solving
Passion for customer service, strong affinity for helping clients feel better
Enthusiastic, team player, flexible and eye for the bigger picture
Professional appearance and clear communication skills

Maximize spa bookings
Clear customer communications, both written and verbal
Quick learner
Punctual
Provide detailed reports, project organization and task lists
Courteous, warm and friendly at all times with guests and staff
Accurate money counting and processing skills
