Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a focus on guest relations and front desk operations. Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
  • Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls, direct inquiries, and take reservations.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

We are currently looking for 1 full time front desk rep. The hours we are looking to fill would be 5 shifts/week from 10pm-6am.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is an advantage.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
