Great Harvest Bakery + Café in Burlington is looking for a Lead Barista to help manage our café. We're searching for someone with a solid foundation in coffee, a natural sense of hospitality, and a positive, can-do attitude. If you're friendly, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and fun to work with, you'll fit right in

What You'll Do:

• Arrive an hour before we open the café to set up our coffee and baked goods displays
• Greet and serve customers with warmth, speed, and professionalism
• Craft consistently excellent espresso drinks to La Colombe standards (latte art encouraged)
• Keep our coffee bar stocked and organized—manage inventory and place orders as needed
• Develop our calendar of seasonal drink specials
• Handle cash and operate the register with accuracy
• Prepare breakfast sandwiches on the panini press
• Box up baked goods and help guests navigate our offerings
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming workspace

Bonus: You'll be working with top-tier equipment including a La Marzocco AV 2-group, Nuova Simonelli Mythos One, and Mahlkönig grinders.

What We're Looking For:

• Barista or coffee experience preferred—but we're happy to train the right person with passion and curiosity
• Early riser: shifts run from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM Tuesday - Saturday
• Long-term commitment (this is not a seasonal role)
• Friendly, reliable, and tidy team player who enjoys creating a great customer experience
