P&B Trucking is a well-established trucking company celebrating 30 years in business. We are operating a fleet of 20 Volvo trucks and 88 trailers. Our business runs on reliability, safety, and efficiency—and we're looking for a skilled Diesel Technician who shares those values.

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Diesel Technician with strong Volvo expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing our fleet to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Volvo trucks and trailers

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

• Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Collaborate with operations team to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on Volvo diesel engines and systems

• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer repair

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

• CDL or ASE certifications preferred (but not required)

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
