Job Summary:
The CSR is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and administrative support for the clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Check clients in/out and process payments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support communication between clients and medical staff
• Keep the reception area clean and organized

Required Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Veterinary or medical reception experience
• Experience with practice management software - Cornerstone
