About Arena Labs

Arena Labs is redefining how healthcare teams perform and thrive. By combining wearable data, human performance science, and personalized coaching, our platform Arena Strive helps clinicians build sustainable habits for sleep, stress regulation, and recovery. Our mission is simple: equip those on the frontlines with the tools and training used by the world's top performers so they can flourish in the demanding world of modern medicine.

Job Summary

Arena Labs is seeking experienced performance coaches to support medical professionals through Arena Strive
, our human performance coaching platform built specifically for healthcare. Clinicians work in high-consequence, high-stress environments, often with long shifts, unpredictable schedules, and limited space for personal recovery. Arena Strive exists to change that reality by giving medical teams access to the tools, training, and data used by the world's top performers so they can deliver exceptional care and maintain their own well-being.

As an Arena Strive coach, you will guide clinicians through a structured six-week coaching experience that integrates wearable insights, evidence-based performance practices, and individualized support. You'll translate HRV trends, sleep data, personal reflections, and clinician goals into clear, actionable strategies that promote better sleep, improved stress regulation, and sustainable high-performance habits. Through short video calls, ongoing in-app communication, and tailored performance plans, you'll help clinicians navigate the demands of shift work, build habits that align with their values, and develop skills that continue long after the program ends.
