Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort within our hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cleaning, custodial services, and hospitality operations. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine conditions across guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces, ensuring an inviting atmosphere for all visitors. Your commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by executing routine janitorial tasks.
- Manage floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality and appearance.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for ongoing operations.
- Follow established safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and address special requests or urgent cleaning needs efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness deficiencies and report them promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings is highly desirable.
- Prior hotel housekeeping experience is preferred, with familiarity in managing guest room standards and public space maintenance.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, upholstery cleaning, and sanitation practices aligned with health regulations.
- Experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning environments that require attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Background in housekeeping management or supervisory roles demonstrating leadership skills in coordinating cleaning teams.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards with the ability to deliver exceptional service consistently.

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour
