Starting compensation from $ $27.00 depending on level of experience.

The Customer Service position usually handles the first interaction with the customer for the company, which means every dollar earned by the company starts with contact that would flow through you We strive to deliver the best customer experience possible. The CSR will ensure those standards are met (or exceeded) during each experience.

Additional compensation of $1.00 per hour offered for bilingual skills

Qualified candidates will have:

* A happy and humble approach to work.

* Ability and desire to handle a high volume of calls (average >50/day)

* Must be willing to work an 8-hour shift anywhere between the hours of 7am-6pm Monday through Friday, as well as occasional Saturday coverage.

* Customer Service Administrative experience in an office position. Leadership/supervisory experience a plus.

* Proficiency in Office Skills- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.

* Self-Starter - Effectively managing your time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

* Follow a System- Ability to run your day and your responsibilities in a systematic, replicable fashion to achieve consistent results.

* Collaboration - Working cooperatively with others to help a team or customer achieve its goals.

* Communication - Conveying information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner. Listening actively to others.

* Problem Solving- Ability to adjust in the moment and seek to find a solution that serves our customers and team members.

* Calm and Collected – Ability to handle stressful situations in a kind, respectful nature with customers and team members.

* Quality Control - No matter how detailed; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.

* Building Loyalty- Exceeding internal or external customer expectations while cultivating relationships that secure commitment and trust.

* Inclusion – Recognizes the value of diverse perspectives and experiences and fosters a work environment reflective of the larger community.

* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

* Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

* Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Physical Demands:

To adequately perform the duties of this job the employee is regularly and routinely required to; sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands, use fingers, hear, see, and talk. The employee will rarely lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
