Location: Norcross, GA (Full-Time, In-Office) Industry: Enterprise IT Maintenance & LogisticsPosition OverviewWe are a premier Third-Party Maintenance (TPM) provider in Norcross seeking a highly task-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator with a solid background in technology. In this role, you are the "engine" that keeps our service promises running. You will be responsible for managing the communication and execution flow between our internal teams, our strategic Partners, and our End-User Customers.Your initial primary responsibility will be to serve as the essential backup for both our Service Call Manager and our Logistics Manager. This role is designed for a disciplined professional who wants to master the lifecycle of enterprise hardware support (Dell, EMC, IBM). While this is a coordination role, prior management experience is a significant plus as we intend for this individual to promote into a leadership position.Key Responsibilities
- Task-Driven Coordination: Manage a high volume of daily tasks with precision. You must be able to track multiple moving parts—from hardware dispatches to engineer arrivals—without losing focus.
- Partner & Customer Liaison: Act as the central point of contact. You will coordinate with our service Partners (field engineers/vendors) to ensure they have what they need to satisfy our End-User Customers.
- Dual-Department Support: Serve as the primary backup for the Service Call Manager and Logistics Manager, ensuring seamless coverage for ticket flow and parts movement.
- Service Ticket Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of service requests in Salesforce. Ensure every ticket is documented accurately and followed through to a successful resolution.
- Logistics & Parts Coordination: Assist in managing the movement of mission-critical components for Dell, EMC, and IBM systems.
- After-Hours & On-Call Coverage: Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to handle emergency service requests and logistics needs that occur outside of standard business hours.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technology Background: 2+ years in IT, technical support, or hardware logistics. You must be comfortable discussing servers, storage, and networking components (Dell, EMC, IBM).
- Task Orientation: You thrive on checklists, deadlines, and closing out open items. You enjoy a fast-paced environment where accuracy is paramount.
- Relationship Management: Ability to communicate professionally and firmly with Partners while providing high-level service to End-User Customers.
- Flexibility: Availability for after-hours support and rotational on-call coverage is required.
- Location: Must be able to work 100% on-site at our Norcross, GA headquarters.
