Our full-service hotel, Holiday Inn Chicago NW Crystal Lake Convention Center, is currently hiring a Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team.
Position Details & Requirements:
- Overnight shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Prior night audit or hotel front desk experience required
- Experience with Opera PMS is a strong plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities
- Responsible for guest check-ins/outs, nightly audit reports, and balancing hotel accounts
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working overnight in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
