Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production team member to join our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes by operating machinery, assembling components, and maintaining high safety standards. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will help us deliver quality products on time, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials and assist with assembly tasks
• Support the assembly line by assembling parts using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
• Conduct quality checks during production to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility and warehouse areas
• Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and storage
• Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility preferred
• Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques
• Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with material handling
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects safely
• Mechanical knowledge or background that supports troubleshooting and assembly tasks
