NET Lead Developer

About the role 

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using modern technologies. You will be a valued member of our Technology & Engineering team and collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. 

In this role, you will: 

• Lead the design and development of .NET applications ensuring scalability and maintainability. 

• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. 

• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and production support. 

• Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software on time. 

Work model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client office in Alpharetta or Atlanta GA. 

What you need to have to be considered 

• 10+ years of experience in software development with .NET Framework, C#, AngularJS, Azure, JavaScript, SQL, and SQL Server. 

• Strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills. 

• Proven experience in Agile methodology and conducting code reviews. 

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. 

• Experience with integration and performance testing applications and production support. 

These will help you stand out 

• Highly motivated to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving environments. 

• Strong experience in architecture and design of .NET applications. 

• Ability to recommend interim and long-term solutions for technical challenges. 

• Knowledge of best practices for scalability and maintainability in enterprise applications.
