Hourly Rate:
$27.00 per hour

Weekly Hours:
20 hours per week; part-time position

This is a temporary position that is funded by non-recurring funds and renewal is conditional upon the continuation of those funds.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Program Coordination

Plan and organize student-focused programs, workshops, and events that align with IBL's objectives.

Coordinate mentoring initiatives and maintain schedules for student activities.

Outreach

Communicate with students through email, newsletters, and social media to promote programs and services.

Assist with recruitment and engagement efforts for IBL programs.

Administrative Tasks

Assist with event logistics

Track participation and maintain records for program evaluation.

Collaboration

Work with university departments and staff to support student success initiatives.

Represent IBL at meetings and campus events as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Adult Education, Communication, Public Administration or equivalent, with three years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications: This position requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Education, Adult Education, Communication, Public Administration or equivalent, with two years of professional experience.
