Blue Dog Cookhouse & Bar – Boca Raton

Blue Dog Cookhouse & Bar is looking for experienced Bartender / Server professionals who are confident working both behind the bar and on the floor as needed. This is a hybrid position, ideal for team members who are versatile, fast-paced, and hospitality-driven.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service as both a bartender and server
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Take food and beverage orders, deliver meals, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and service station at all times
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and payments accurately
• Work closely with hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies

Requirements:

• Previous bartending and serving experience required
• Ability to work both roles depending on business needs
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fast-paced, team-oriented mindset
• Strong wine and cocktail knowledge
