Back-End Software Engineer with strong Go experience

to help us move fast, solve real-world problems, and build market-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

As part of a small, high-performing team, you'll own features from design through deployment. You'll collaborate closely with back-end and front-end developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to build performant, secure, and scalable back-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain back-end systems using Go and related technologies.
• Architect scalable, secure, and reliable services in a distributed environment.
• Optimize database queries and application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high engineering standards.
• Work closely with the product team to adapt quickly to changing requirements and market needs.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience. Experience with enterprise products is a significant advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience with
  Go (Golang)

- Solid understanding of SQL and ability to write and optimize queries.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture, REST, and gRPC.
- Strong testing skills (unit, integration).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience deploying to cloud platforms (GCP preferred), using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Proven track record of delivering PoCs and MVPs in short cycles.
• Understanding of monolith-to-microservices transitions or hybrid architectures.
• Exposure to
• Familiarity with front-end applications (React is a plus).
• Experience working in globally distributed teams.
