Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay in a supportive, mission-driven, clinician-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
  • Train and collaborate with caregivers, educators, and behavior technicians
  • Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure optimal client progress
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and Missouri licensure (or eligibility)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and collaboration skills

Pay: $70, $85,000.00 per year
