Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans, verifying insurance informationThis role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in dental terminology, and prior experience . The Treatment Plan Coordinator will serve as a vital link between patients, clinical staff, and insurance providers to facilitate smooth treatment processes and enhance patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify patient treatment plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Manage insurance verification processes, including Medical,HMO,PPO.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, financial responsibilities, and insurance coverage.
• Review medical records and documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies.
• Assist with medical billing processes by submitting claims accurately and following up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Maintain organized filing systems for dental records, insurance documents, and other administrative files.
• Support front desk operations by handling patient inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.
• Familiar with all different dental procedures,including specialty procedures and codes

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
