Key Responsibilities:

• Cocktail Preparation: Create and serve a variety of innovative and handcrafted cocktails utilizing fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, and spirits, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Menu Development: Collaborate with the bar team to design and introduce new signature cocktails that reflect current trends and seasonal flavors.

• Customer Service: Engage with patrons in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring an exceptional drinking experience.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, assist in ordering supplies, and ensure that all products are stocked appropriately to meet demand.

• Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to deliver smooth and efficient service during peak hours.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a bartender, with a focus on craft cocktails in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and mixology techniques.

• Proven experience in managing inventory, both in tracking usage and placing orders.

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique cocktail recipes and menus.

• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude.

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess necessary bartending certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
