Behavior Technician / RBT - In-Home ABA Therapy - Charlotte, NC

Pay: $20-$32/hour
Job Type: Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling
Setting: In-Home & Community-Based ABA

Flywheel Centers is hiring compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and families across the Charlotte metro area. This role blends evidence-based clinical care with meaningful relationship-building, allowing you to see real progress and make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do
  • Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect accurate behavior and skill-acquisition data
  • Support communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Partner with families to promote consistency and growth
Qualifications
  • Experience working with children (ABA, autism, education, daycare, behavioral health, or related fields)
  • RBT certification welcomed; training pathway available
  • Reliable transportation
