We're looking for a Campus Director to join our team

WHAT WE DO

At Cortiva Institute, we train our students to become licensed professionals in Beauty, Health & Wellness.

The ideal candidate has leadership skills and a can-do attitude

The campus director manages all aspects of campus operations, campus employees, and performance standards in all departments.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages all campus employees to established performance standards and achievement of department goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for the fiscal performance of the campus including revenue and expense management.
  • Works with corporate directors to formulate departmental plans of action to address performance concerns within any of the campus departments.
  • Ensures staff and faculty have appropriate qualifications and maintain appropriate licensure per job description.
  • Responsible for conducting all new student orientations and graduations.
  • Ensures that all curriculum is uniform, and all administrative policies and procedures are performed per established company policies.
  • Conducts weekly staff meetings, managers meetings and other departmental meetings and trainings as necessary.
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate employee payroll activities.
  • Maintains employee documentation and files.
  • Completes and administers employee evaluations.
  • Provides all employee counseling, coaching, and training.
  • Responsible for staff training and adherence to all company established policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for standards of accreditation being maintained.
  • Responsible for organizing, attending, and managing campus outreach activities.
  • Oversees campus activities and provides new ways of maintaining a high level of customer service to each student.
  • Familiar with regulations of U.S. Department of Education.
  • Complete other assigned duties, as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • One to three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exhibits a strong regard for organizing and prioritizing, as well as an ability to meet deadlines.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Displays professionalism, problem solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Can function in a variety of situations and under pressure.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85, $95,000.00 per year
