Job Description:

Position Summary:

Responsible for core assembly of heat exchangers within the production environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembly of cores for heat exchangers
• Operate equipment and tools to stretch, compress, size and cut FIN material
• Conduct general deburring of parts to meet quality standards
• Utilize basic hand tools and general mechanical tools effectively

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and operational directions communicated in English
• Ability to work overtime based on the business needs which may include weekends.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma, Trade School Diploma, or GED required
• Manufacturing/Production background preferred, not required.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time during a shift
• Ability to work in a production environment with constant standing and movement

Compensation

Employee Type: Hourly

Salary Minimum: $35,000

Salary Maximum: $40,000
