Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service.

Duties:

• Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
• Answer phone calls and take reservations
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
• Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure smooth service

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Packing Togo orders accurately

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of food service operations
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others
