We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (and assistants) to join our team in Hollywood, Lauderhill, and Wesley Chapel, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for our patients through therapeutic interventions. This role involves a collaborative team approach. Therapists will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and enhance essential skills though a variety of fun and entertaining therapeutic activities.

*Duties*
* Provide therapy services to pediatric patients in a compassionate and effective manner.
* Conduct assessments to determine patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Implement therapeutic activities to improve fine/gross motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, speech and language.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each patient
* Document patient progress and communicate effectively with caregivers and healthcare professionals.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment options, progress, and strategies for improvement.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Work with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities, autism, and those requiring early intervention services.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a pediatric setting is highly preferred.
* Familiarity with case management practices and patient care protocols.
* Florida Medicaid enrollment is preferred.
* Bilingual is a plus
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
