junior QA Engineers
who are early in their careers — either
QAs just starting to learn automated testing , or
QAs with around two years of manual testing experience who are keen to develop automation skills . You will join a dynamic engineering team building world‑class software for financial institutions. You’ll contribute to high‑quality, high‑performance, and scalable solutions, with a growing focus on automation, quality assurance and testing best practices. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced mentors, work on complex systems, and gain exposure to automation, AI‑assisted tooling, cloud technologies and system integration. Responsibilities
Work with engineering and product teams to test scalable server components and integration pipelines. Contribute to designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts and regression packs as your automation skills develop. Support the use of AI and automation techniques to enhance testing workflows. Participate in planning sessions, providing QA insights and feedback on user stories. Investigate, document, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring robust compliance, security, and performance. Qualifications
Some hands‑on QA experience — either manual testing experience (approx. 1–2 years) or early exposure to automation and willingness to learn further. Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (Python, C#, or similar), or enthusiasm to learn. Basic understanding of testing approaches (automation, manual testing, regression, BDD/TDD) and Agile ways of working. Curiosity, problem‑solving mindset, and eagerness to grow into an automation‑focused QA role. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Exposure to automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium) — even at beginner level. Interest in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerisation (Docker), or REST APIs. ISTQB/ISEB Foundation certification is a plus, but not required. Experience or interest in AI‑powered tooling, data migration testing, or ETL processes. Exposure to fast‑paced start‑up or scale‑up environments. Benefits
