I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading international organisation for a
permanent Analytics Manager
to play a key role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a senior opportunity where analytics directly informs decision-making, performance improvement, and operational strategy, offering strong visibility, influence, and long-term career progression.
The Role
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and BI specialists
Own delivery of high-quality reporting, insight, and analytics
Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
Ensure strong data governance, coding standards, and data quality
Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on technical involvement
About You
Proven experience leading analytics or BI teams
Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau
Confident communicator able to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
Experience in project-based or Agile environments
Supply chain or logistics exposure (or strong interest)
Python, data warehousing, and ETL experience beneficial
