Videographer & Editor
who wants to be at the center of our creative output. This isn't a "sit behind a desk" role. You will be on-site with major brands like Ocean Beach and Jane App, Salecycle capturing everything from polished, professional talking heads to fast-paced factory tours and vlog-style BTS. You’ll have the creative freedom to attack our own brand's video marketing, helping run the

and helping us set the standard for what B2B content should look like. You’ll also be working directly with the founders working on internal marketing content & campaigns. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Production:
You own the shoot. From setting the lights and capturing crisp audio to the final color grade and edit. Work In A Small Team:
You’ll work with our video editors to get videos from storyboards all the way to posted. Diverse Storytelling:
One day you’re filming a high-level executive interview; the next, you’re documenting a site visit or a "day in the life" for our agency vlog. Creative Autonomy:
We don’t want a "camera operator." We want someone who pitches ideas, directs the talent, and finds the best way to tell the story. Rapid Post-Production:
We move fast. You’ll be responsible for turning raw footage into high-impact social content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond. Strategic Growth:
