Licensed Practical Nurse

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part Time

Shift: 7AM-3PM (Day Shift)

Garden Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team on Full-Time and Part Time Day Shift (7AM-3PM). The LPN will provide direct resident care while working collaboratively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies
• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

• Full-time and Part-time, 7AM-3PM
