General Manager

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and deliver a top-tier guest experience. This is a full-spectrum leadership role for someone who can run the floor, manage the back of house, and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH
• Manage, train, and develop staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Ensure financial goals are met: P&L management, labor control, and cost oversight
• Maintain brand standards, health & safety compliance, and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a GM in fast-casual or full-service restaurants
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record in meeting financial and operational KPIs
• Hands-on, can step in wherever needed
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
