Veterinary Assistant

Actively seeking a motivated person who knows or wants to learn all aspects of veterinary medicine and be a part of our passionate team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist veterinarians and technicians with exams & procedures
• Safely handle and restrain cats and dogs during treatment
• Feed, walk, and monitor hospitalized pets
• Clean and disinfect exam rooms, kennels, and surgical areas
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Prepare equipment and exam rooms for procedures
• Provide basic education to pet owners about care and medications
• Help with inventory and supply restocking
• Support reception tasks as needed (phones, scheduling, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

• You love dogs, cats, and everything in between
• You're not afraid of getting your hands dirty (literally)
• You're great with people and even better with animals
• You can lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet during a busy shift
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bonus points for vet assistant training
