Steward 3 is responsible for the consistent and thorough maintenance of sanitation in the food & beverage areas. Individuals in this position must possess a keen eye for detail and ability to follow directions, ensures cleanliness of the operation and adherence to all State and Federal health codes, basic understanding of chemical usage and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities.  To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently. Some requirements may exclude individuals who pose a direct threat or significant risk to the health and safety of themselves, other associates or guests.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Essential:
Valid CA Food Handlers Card 
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic understanding of chemical usage.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Positive, friendly demeanor.
Function well as part of a team.
Desirable:
Intermediate or advanced understanding of chemical usage.
