Responsibilities
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment to assemble products efficiently and accurately.
- Use forklift trucks to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the manufacturing facility safely.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify maintenance needs.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of assembly stations, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Support warehouse activities by organizing inventory, labeling parts, and managing stock levels for production needs.
- Follow safety guidelines consistently while working on the factory floor, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with familiarity in assembly processes.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line procedures to support efficient production workflows.
- Warehouse experience is advantageous for managing inventory and supporting logistics operations.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and working in a fast-paced setting.
