Lube Tech/Detailer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lube Tech/Detailer to join our automotive service team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while performing vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and detailing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or general service work is preferred. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in vehicle maintenance and detailing while contributing to customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform routine vehicle oil changes and lubrication services efficiently and accurately
• Conduct thorough cleaning of vehicles, including interior and exterior detailing
• Execute buffing and polishing to restore vehicle paintwork and enhance appearance
• Wash vehicles using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties as needed
• Ensure all vehicles are inspected for quality control before returning to customers
• Drive company vehicles as needed for vehicle pick-up or delivery purposes

Experience

• Prior experience in automotive repair is highly desirable
• Customer service experience is a plus, emphasizing professionalism and communication skills
• Experience with buffing, polishing, or window tinting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for all technical tasks
• Valid driver's license & clean MVR is required for driving company vehicles or transporting vehicles on-site
• Janitorial or custodial experience can be beneficial in maintaining cleanliness standards within the facility
