- Prepare and review service estimates, invoices, and work orders

- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and additional service opportunities

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge about luxury vehicle brands and dealership services

- Uphold dealership standards for customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a luxury automotive dealership

- Strong proficiency with CDK or similar dealership management software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions effectively

- Knowledge of luxury vehicle brands and their service requirements
