Role: Full-Time Position

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Oversee job postings, interviewing, and selection processes
  • Partner with managers to forecast staffing needs
  • Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and conflicts
  • Ensure fair, consistent application of policies
  • Support disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans

Compliance & Legal Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, leave)
  • Support payroll processes and wage administration
  • Policy Development & HR Strategy
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
  • Align HR initiatives with organizational goals
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount)

A Human Resources Manager recruits talent, ensures compliance, manages employee relations, oversees compensation and benefits, supports performance and training, and aligns people strategies with business goals.

Throughout our company, we have more than 130 Employees – 87 Service Employees, 15 Parts Employees, and 36 Sales and Administration Employees. Each Team Member plays an important role in our on-site support and service for our entire customer base.

Pay: $65, $125,000.00 per year
