Logistics Operations Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Logistics Operations Coordinator to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our companies Logistics . This role involves coordinating transportation, inventory management, and customer interaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to process improvements and drive efficiency across our logistics functions.

Duties

• Managing supply chains, customer service, client communications, and ensuring quality control.
• Handling general office duties, data management, CRM/Sales Force updating, and some financial tasks like expense reports
• Manage domestic and international shipments, schedule pickups/deliveries, and liaise with all parties.
• Monitor shipments, prepare necessary paperwork (like customs forms, Bonds), and ensure compliance and are up to date.
• Oversee storage, handling, and internal allocation of materials.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, manufacturers, and clients to manage shipments and schedules.
• Review purchase orders, prepare shipping documents, and invoices.
• Create shipping quotes and BOL's through are third party software
• Address and resolve transportation delays, errors, or disputes quickly.
• Providing real-time updates to customers on delivery status and resolving inquiries or complaints.
• Monitoring stock levels, managing regular cycle counts, and overseeing receiving and storage operations.
• All other duties that the company requires

Skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/Sales Force and Transportation software, data analytics, and spreadsheets.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Science background is preferred.
• Logistics Knowledge both (Foreign and Domestic)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
